How does it work?

Following Discovery, the first 30-day paid engagement begins, where our Expert evaluates the necessary parameters to map out the project’s scope and challenges.

Discovery

This initial phase is complimentary and focuses on information exchange. After conducting a search of our expert profiles, a client initiates contact through our platform’s messaging to discuss their project needs. A discovery call via Zoom usually follows, potentially preceded or followed by an NDA to ensure confidentiality.

Our Engagements follow a 3-Step Process and includes knowledge transfer along the way:

Assessment

Founded and led by private equity operating executives with experience working with like Veritas Capital and Cerberus Capital. We know what right looks like when it comes to the best talent and the right projects to drive value.

Planning

The final stage where plans are executed and results are monitored by our Expert, their portfolio company executive sponsor, and private equity Client.

Implementation

This phase involves our Expert collaborating with the Client to develop strategic action plans based on the assessment findings.

Clients can easily select and purchase these services through standardized projects on our platform from our qualified Experts, with options for milestone payments, ensuring achievement of project deliverables.

Duration and Flexibility

Most Assessment and Planning phases are completed within 30 days, with 95% finishing by the 60-day mark.

Extensions for any phase can be arranged to accommodate additional requirements or deeper exploration as needed.

Continuity and Adaptation

Upon completion of any phase, clients may choose to proceed with the same Expert for seamless continuity or select a new Expert, if different skills are required for subsequent phases.
